We arrived home at 8pm from an overnight trip to find water all over our floors downstairs. We called one company we found on the web, and they promised to call us right back. After an hour, we still hadn't heard anything. Then we called H20 Drying Solutions. Within 45 minutes, Lorne, one of the owners, was at our house assessing the situation and organizing his crew over the telephone. 15 minutes later, three more of his team arrived. Lorne told us how the process would work and suggested that my wife and kids go to a hotel to get better rest. Within about 1 hour of Lorne's arrival, roughly 10 people were in the house taking action to pack up our kitchen, move our furniture, remove insulation from the crawlspace - all of this at around 10pm on a Saturday night. The crew stayed until 4am getting the house stabilized. They brought in 12 giant fans to start drying the water which had made it to all but one of the rooms in the first floor of our house. Billy, the team leader, was excellent, overseeing the crews and making sure that things were getting taken care of, but he patiently answered my questions and kept me up to speed on the process from start to finish. The process took several days longer than usual because of some equipment trouble, but the team was taking moisture readings and stayed until the early hours of the morning several nights making sure all was drying as it should. Carlos, one of their team members, measured the entire downstairs of the house and created a CAD drawing for the insurance company to see the full scope of impact along with room dimensions. At the end, they produced a very comprehensive report for the insurance company detailing every step and hour it took to remediate, using industry-standard insurance estimating software. The company also provides reconstruction services and provided a very detailed estimate for all of that work as well. I was amazed at the team's quick response, their cheerfulness and camaraderie at 4am, and their kindness to our family throughout the whole ordeal. Their patience with our questions, their attention to detail, their openness and friendliness, their professionalism, and their top-notch skill and process make them THE company to call for water remediation. I hope I never need them again, but I wouldn't even bother looking at other companies if I did. I'd call H20 Drying Solutions!

These guys did a fantastic job!‎

I called these guys in search of someone with a long fiber-optic cable to look into some ductwork because of an odd odor. They came out within an hour of being called and checked all of my vents in the area that we had smelled the bad odor. It turned out that some of my ductwork was corroded from resting on the earth in the crawlspace. They decided to look around at what the options were and give me a call with an estimate to fix the problem. They called me a few hours later with an estimate (that was very reasonable!) and said they could fix the problem the next day. The next day they came out and fixed the ductwork and completely cleaned the lining with one of their "rotobrush" systems. The air coming from the new ductwork is odor free and my system is working great. These guys performed an excellent job on work that you would not expect them to be able to do. They were on-time, on-budget and left the house clean, even after being in the dirt of the crawlspace. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for what I described above or for any water damage issues they may have - Greg

They came out for water damage and did fanning of the room. They drilled the holes and took off the baseboards. It was great. They were really nice and worked well with our schedule. H20 Drying Solutions is the best company I have ever worked with since owning a home!

We did not hire H2O Drying Solutions, our pet sitter did. We received a call from our pet sitter, while we were in Athens, Greece, telling us that she had come to take care of our cats and found a flood situation in our home after our upstairs toilet tank overflowed for more than a day. Our first experience with H2O Drying Solutions was talking to Lorne James, long-distance, trying to understand what kind of damage we were going to come home to. From that first phone call until the day that their work was completed, Lorne was accessible, patient, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I can't think of anything more nerve-wracking than hearing about a flood while thousands of miles away from home, but Lorne did a great job explaining the damage to us honestly, and telling us what he would be doing to correct it. We returned home after our late flight to find all of our furniture moved from one side of the house to another. The house was filled with drying equipment and blowers. The ceiling in our bathroom had to be removed, as did a couple of small walls. The rest, Lorne was able to dry intact. Expecting "Armageddon" when we returned, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it looked more like we were in the midst of a remodel. H2O Drying Solutions apparently arrived right after our pet sitter called, and they made such quick work of moving all of our belongings that none of our personal items were damaged. I found this absolutely astounding. Lorne showed up early the morning after our arrival home and walked us through the situation, explaining everything he was doing and what the actual damage would likely be once he was done. Just as importantly, Lorne worked directly with our insurance adjuster, who visited to assess the damage before we even landed in the U.S. He continued to work with our adjuster, and also independently lined up a contractor and hardwood flooring person to work with our insurance, provide estimates and begin the reconstruction after his work was done. Lorne always went above and beyond to answer our questions, including our first evening back when I was concerned at how hot the temperature had gotten in our house. And he was incredibly considerate too: they had to put 2 horse-trailer sized trailers in our driveway while we were away to support their work, which blocked one of our cars in the garage. When he realized this, Lorne made a special trip out to our house and spent a half hour with me, moving the trailers and helping me back our 2nd car out of the garage so we had the use of both cars while they were on-site. We were very fortunate that we had an amazing pet sitter who knew to call H2O Drying Solutions. I don't think we could have found a better company to work with. I hope, for our home's sake, that we never are in need of their services again, but H2O Drying Solutions is the best company I have ever worked with since owning a home.
