2020 was a year of many changes. We experienced a worldwide pandemic, we experienced rioting, elections, environmental disasters and so much more. However, 2020 is finally over and 2021 provides us a clean slate. As we reflect on the many changes 2020 brought, we’d like to express some gratitude to those who helped us get through.
First, we must say thank you to our customers who have continued to trust in H2O Drying Solutions for over 10 years. We know that it was not easy for you to allow strangers into your homes and businesses during these times so we did our very best to ensure you were comfortable and safe. We’d also like to thank our insurance partners and referral partners for continuing to drive business our way. Our partnerships matter very much to us, and we are very grateful for them. Finally, we say thank you to PRO-Techs for creating the anti-microbial technology that has allowed us to safeguard and protect our clients from the spread of viruses, germs and bacterias. Our partnership with PRO-Techs has been an extremely beneficial one for us this past year and we are extremely grateful.
Looking toward the future, we expect that 2021 will have some great things in store for H2O Drying Solutions. The majority of our business comes from insurance companies and we will be adding a few more of those companies to our arsenal. We are also looking at adding more services, specifically crawl space encapsulation and taking on more of the construction aspect of restoration. We also look forward to continuing our focus on digital marketing and seeing a bigger customer base coming from those sources. Overall, we hope that 2021 brings more growth to our business.
